1. Services Provided
Key Connections Learning offers speech therapy, executive function coaching, social communication support, and school-based services for children, teens, and young adults. Services may be provided in-person or virtually, depending on the client’s location and needs.
2. Client Responsibility
Clients and/or their legal guardians agree to:
Provide accurate, up-to-date information during intake and service delivery
Attend sessions on time or notify us in advance of cancellations
Engage in services in a respectful and cooperative manner
Pay for services in accordance with our billing and cancellation policies
3. Payment & Cancellations
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. Clients are responsible for the full session fee for no-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, unless due to illness or emergency.
Sliding-scale options may be available upon request.
4. Confidentiality
All client information is kept confidential and protected in accordance with HIPAA regulations and applicable laws. Information will not be shared without written consent, except as required by law.
5. Technology & Telehealth
Virtual sessions are conducted via secure, HIPAA-compliant platforms. Clients are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and a quiet, private space during virtual sessions.
6. Website Use
This website and its content are for informational purposes only. Use of this site does not establish a therapist-client relationship unless a formal intake and consent process has been completed.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services or website indicates acceptance of any changes.
