Individual Session Rates

Each clinician at Key Connections sets their own fee based on session type and duration.

Fees are prorated for shorter or longer sessions, and rates will be clearly discussed before services begin.

Be sure to confirm accepted forms of payment (credit card, HSA, Venmo, etc.) with your individual provider

Group Rate

All social communication groups run for 60 minutes and typically meet once a week for 8 to 10 weeks.

Payment Structure:

  • 50% of the group fee is due prior to the first session

  • The remaining 50% is due at the halfway point in the group cycle

Families will receive reminders with due dates and are welcome to request a receipt or payment summary at any time.

Consulting & Trainings

Rates for school contracts, professional development trainings, and consultation services are customized based on:

  • Length and frequency of services

  • Location (in-person vs. virtual)

  • Number of students or staff served

  • Specific goals or areas of focus

Please reach out to us directly to discuss your program needs, request a proposal, or receive a quote.

Insurance

Key Connections does not accept direct payment from insurance companies and does not engage in single-case agreements at this time. However, we are considered out-of-network providers, which may still offer reimbursement opportunities depending on your health plan.

Families who wish to pursue out-of-network reimbursement can:

  • Submit monthly superbills provided by your clinician

  • Contact their insurance company to ask about out-of-network mental health or speech therapy coverage

We recommend calling your insurance company to ask:

  • Do I have out-of-network benefits for speech-language therapy?

  • What percentage of each session is reimbursed?

  • What is my deductible, and has it been met?
