Laura Ferriero, MS, CCC-SLP

Speech-Language Pathologist

Laura is a licensed and certified speech-language pathologist with over a decade of experience supporting children, teens, and families. She specializes in executive functioning coaching, social communication therapy, pragmatic language, AAC, and cognitive rehabilitation. With a background that spans both medical and school-based settings — including years at Massachusetts General Hospital — Laura brings a unique perspective and a deep understanding of how to help clients succeed across environments.

Fun Facts: Laura lives in the Boston area with her husband and two young daughters. She loves finding creative ways to make therapy fun and meaningful for every learner.

Laura believes that progress begins with connection. She takes time to understand each child’s strengths, interests, and motivators, and blends evidence-based strategies with a warm, collaborative style to help clients build confidence, independence, and practical skills that carry over into everyday life.

Macia Letsky, MS, CCC-SLP

Speech-Language Pathologist

Macia is a licensed speech-language pathologist and social cognitive specialist with a strong background in supporting individuals with autism spectrum disorders (ASD), ADHD/ADD, trauma, and mental health challenges. Before becoming an SLP, she worked as a Social Thinking® assistant coach, an ABA behavioral therapist, and a program manager for MGH Aspire’s summer programs. She earned her Master’s in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Emerson College, gaining experience in schools, private practices, hospitals, and teletherapy settings. Today, she brings her expertise to students of all ages, blending her diverse background to create therapy that is meaningful, engaging, and evidence-based.

Fun Facts: When she’s not working with clients, you’ll find Macia teaching or taking fitness classes, writing or performing music, spending time at the beach, or adventuring with her dog, Cooper.

Macia’s Approach To Therapy

Macia takes a person-centered, neurodiversity-affirming approach to therapy, always leveraging her clients’ strengths and interests to enhance communication and social connection. She is passionate about the intersection of behavior and communication, teaching emotional regulation skills with empathy and a focus on real-world application. Her sessions are fun, functional, and designed to help every client build confidence in themselves and their relationships.

 Frequently Asked Questions

  • We are located at 33 W Main Street in Georgetown, MA on the 2nd floor (in the same building as Lotus Massage). There is ample free parking on either side of our building!

  • We currently do not have a waitlist, although this is subject to change as the school year begins and sessions are filled!

  • We specialize in supporting school-aged to young adult clients in their social communication and executive functioning skills to help them find increased success in their home, school, social, and vocational environments. 

  • Yes! We offer individualized social communication and executive functioning services via Zoom. All social groups are currently held in our office only. 

  • Individual sessions are typically 45 or 60 minutes and group sessions last 60 minutes (once per week).

  • We do not work with insurance directly given the specific nature of our services (versus generalized speech & language services), but we do offer superbills with information for you to submit for potential reimbursement. Many of our families have been successful with this process!

  • We recommend at least 6 sessions to start (typically once per week for 45 to 60 minutes), keeping in mind that each client is highly individualized in terms of specific needs and services. 

  • We bring a holistic, individualized, person-centered and functional approach of social communication and executive functioning skills to help our clients succeed across contexts. We create an inclusive, safe, fun, open, and collaborative space in order to teach self-awareness, self-monitoring, and self-reflection skills so our clients gain a strong sense of their learning and social styles. With this knowledge, clients can build a toolbox of individualized strategies to help them gain confidence and success in their school, home, social, and work lives!
