Billing & Fees

Investing in Support That Makes A Difference

At Key Connections, we believe in clarity when it comes to billing. Below you’ll find information about our rates for individual sessions, group programs, school-based services, and insurance reimbursement. If you have questions, please don’t hesitate to contact your provider directly—we’re happy to help.

Individual Session Rates

Each clinician at Key Connections sets their own fee based on session type and duration.

Fees are prorated for shorter or longer sessions, and rates will be clearly discussed before services begin.

Be sure to confirm accepted forms of payment (credit card, HSA, Venmo, etc.) with your individual provider

Group Rate

All social communication groups run for 60 minutes and typically meet once a week for 8 to 10 weeks.

Payment Structure:

  • 50% of the group fee is due prior to the first session

  • The remaining 50% is due at the halfway point in the group cycle

Families will receive reminders with due dates and are welcome to request a receipt or payment summary at any time.

Consulting & Trainings

Rates for school contracts, professional development trainings, and consultation services are customized based on:

  • Length and frequency of services

  • Location (in-person vs. virtual)

  • Number of students or staff served

  • Specific goals or areas of focus

Please reach out to us directly to discuss your program needs, request a proposal, or receive a quote.

Individual Rate

Each clinician sets their own fees according to the length of the session. Fees are prorated accordingly. Please check with your individual clinician to determine the payment methods accepted.

Group Rate

All groups will run for 60 minutes for 8-10 weeks. Payments can be made in two parts: the first half is due before the date of the first group, and the second will be due halfway through.

Other Services

Consulting, professional development trainings, and school contract rates will be set based on length, location, and individual needs.

Insurance

We do not accept payments from health insurance providers or engage in single-case agreements at this time. We are considered out-of-network providers. Your health insurance plan may provide an “out-of-network” benefit, which would allow you to receive reimbursement for the services that we provide at their determined rates. You will receive a monthly super-bill for services which you can submit to your health insurance company for reimbursement if you choose.

Cancellation Policy

The full session fee will be charged for no-shows, cancellations, or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice. Emergencies and illnesses may be excused - we are humans too ◡̈

We offer a limited number of sliding-scale appointments for those with financial hardships, please contact us for more information.
